Online Application and Required Documents
ONLINE APPLICATION AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:
Applications are made from the web page https://sis.kayseri.edu.tr/oibs/foa_app/online with the following documents.
a) Examination Result Certificate: TR-YÖS or the result document of the exams in the annex
b)High School Diploma: A notary public or consular approved copy translated into Turkish. (High school senior students are required to certify that they are a senior student)
c) Official Transcript: Candidates must have official transcripts approved by the relevant high school directorate showing the courses they took in high school and their grades, and a notarized certified Turkish translation is required.
d) A photocopy of the page of the passport showing the identity information and visa status.
e) A receipt showing that the Application Evaluation and Orientation Fee has been paid. (The Application Evaluation and Orientation Fee to be collected during the application is determined by the University Administrative Board. The amount of application fee and account numbers are announced on the University's application web page. The application fee is non-refundable.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since applications will be made online, the necessary documents cannot be sent by mail, fax or e-mail. Please keep the necessary documents with you when coming to the Student Affairs Department for registration.
Application Evaluation and Orientation Fee for International Students
For the 2025–2026 academic year, the Application Evaluation and Orientation Fee for international students applying to our university has been set at 2,000.00 TL.
